You could also have just edited it down to the few lines that were relevant to the question and the answer. No need to apologize. This material can be difficult and others will benefit from your experience.

Nov 2, 2015 at 19:02 | comment | added | Cliff B | Yeah, because of how the code works here, you needed to use the 3 char not-false check because you're really looking for a false and applying reverse logic. That's because the query generates either an actual false or a query result set which doesn't appear as an actual true that would be detected by ===.
Nov 2, 2015 at 19:00 | comment | added | Kris Valentine | all fixed, sorry for all the messages, I should of really tried debugging again before re-posting, I moved the code around, nested some statements together and it all works now. I won't post the code, as per course honesty, I'll edit the above too,

Nov 2, 2015 at 18:15 | comment | added | Cliff B | Might be because of how you coded it, or it might be because of other code which you haven't posted. I had to plug your snipet into my code to test it. Also, how did you recode? Did you use '!==' instead of '==='?
Nov 2, 2015 at 17:37 | comment | added | Kris Valentine | hasn't worked, Its still returning to login even when the user already exists
