I'm using Chrome. I have never seen the Debug button but only the Run button on the top line in my online IDE. How to make the Debug button out?

Every time I press the Run button, the program never stops at the breakpoints, the bottom terminal always displays the same words no matter what I click or type in, and neither the right panel show any changes. What should I do?

I'm doing pset3 in which multiply files are involved. How to debug when multiply files are involved (I'm piping data from one file to another.)? Every time I press the Run button, the program never stops at the breakpoints.
