I want to translate the page in a french language but the data is present in html format in a excelsheet. So how can we fetch just the relevent data and translate it and then merge it back in correct format. I have 720 rows in excelsheet in the following format:

Consider first exporting the Excel into a CSV, JSON, or XML and thereafter using AJAX or similar to retrieve and render the content via JavaScript.

Alternately, VBA could be used which shall eliminate the translation of Excel to a more browser-friendly format but compatibility will be limited to Internet Explorer.
