I've created this post so that all the FAQ's and their answers can be collected here, in order to prevent re answering the same questions over and over again, be sure to check the answers to this question before asking a new one!

Feel free to add answers to questions you think are FAQ's !

I don't think SE is appropriated for this kind of posts.

  • Hmmm, @ItsEric , well, I decided to have one such FAQ's page because a lot of people ask the same questions, and many a times, these questions amount to a huge number, which causes the best questions( which are the ones that really deserve attention get lost, this has been happening a lot on the facebook group, and though its not the mistake of the single person who asks that question, as he himself thinks he needs help, but then some really worthwhile questions get lost in the crowd), so that's why I made this post, but still, if the community doesnt like it, I'm ready to delete it.

  • There is no way to prevent questions from being asked and answered again. SE has a great search function, yet people still create duplicate questions constantly. Moderators can produce FAQ style pages in the help center.

Pset4 submission problems

For people having trouble submitting the .zip file for pset4: 1) One option is to remove the SPL library from the folder and then zipping and submitting. 2) In case you haven't, or you have and it still looks like the file doesn't finish uploading, open a second tab, and check if the submission appears. In most cases it will, and there's no need to re-upload
