  • Isn't `copy.c' inside the bmp folder?

Execute cd ~/Dropbox/pset4/bmp Then cp copy.c whodunit.c

  • David, it still says "bash: cd: /home/jharvard/Dropbox/pset4/bmp: No such file or directory" are you supposed to put something in a bmp file?

  • Do cd ~/Dropbox/pset/ and ls and tell me what you get.

You need to be in the following directory: /home/jharvard/Dropbox/pset4/bmp I.e. cd /home/jharvard/Dropbox/pset4/bmp

If that still shows file/directory not found for bmp, then you need to follow the 'Getting Started' instructions to download the pset4.zip file & unpacking it on your appliance.
