I have CS50/Windows 10 problem but I've been able to resolve the first error by removing the CS50 appliance and re-importing then effecting the network changes (IP/Subnet) under settings/preferences.

However, it still says invalid settings detected - No bridge network adapter is currently selected. I have a feeling it's a problem with the Name - VirtualBox Host-only Ethernet Adapter #2. It shouldn;t have #2. I don't know how to get rid of that or solve the problem altogether. Help

  • I use Windows 10 with VirtualBox and everything works as before the upgrade. Check my network settings and adjust yours accordingly. I have basicly disabled the second and third adapter and kept only the first. == imgur.com/WqEp8Np == == imgur.com/xEpUY91 == == imgur.com/bqOlZLy == – ChrisG Aug 5 '15 at 17:35
  • Thanks. But my Adapter 2 Tab has the "Enable Network Adapter" greyed out like other tabs and I don't have the initial first name without #2. Pls see... link == link == link == @Chris Gantidis – TosinAPO Aug 5 '15 at 18:42
  • Is the appliance turned off? Most of my searches suggest that this is the reason they are greyed out. – ChrisG Aug 5 '15 at 18:54
  • Thanks a lot. The settings are no longer greyed so I've been able to disable the 2nd & 3rd as suggested and it's working now. – TosinAPO Aug 6 '15 at 12:57
  • Great I'll post the comment as answer so that you can mark it as correct. – ChrisG Aug 6 '15 at 12:58
