Does fifteen.c had to be implemented in graphics, by including graphics.h and creating the tiles as graphical objects?

You don't need to design and implement a graphical user interface (GUI). It's a command-line application that uses only text.

@user1445 Please watch Zamyla's videos in the problem set specification; they will guide you through the implementation of the game. – Air Jun 22 '14 at 18:52
  • hey any idea what value should be assigned to a blank tile?? – user1445 Jun 23 '14 at 8:47
  • Use any value you want, as long it's not used for the game itself, can be 0, 255, 182, ... Just pick one by yourself ;) – supeindesu Jun 23 '14 at 8:49

No, you do not need to use a GUI. All you need is the the terminal.

make use of printf("\n"); and some for loops to print the numbers in the way that you want.
