I am trying to upload programs written in CS50 ide using Cloud9 and am lost. Tried to send files to Dropbox but no luck.

Please help.

The CS50 Cloud9 appliance, it's just to write your programs, run them and debug them. The actual submitting of your programs for checking, has to follow the instructions as described at the end of each pset. For example for pset1, follow the instructions posted here: http://cdn.cs50.net/2015/x/psets/1/pset1/pset1.html#how_to_submit

Instead of opening the link inside the appliance you will have to open it in your browser, normally. Then you should download to your PC the files you have written in the Cloud9 ide, and navigate to them when asked to browse for your files. It won't be that different from what is described in the instructions. Just download the .c files to your PC and visit the webpages with the browser in your PC.
