link to my check50 for greedy

So I'm unsure of why I'm getting the red sad faces :< It seems that my code is giving the same/correct answer.

check50 looks for very exact output. A missing or extra space, carriage return/line feed, prompt, or anything different from what was specified in the problem set will cause a fail.

So with that in mind, did you remember the '\n' at the end of your output?

  • It's like I said, check50 looks at everything that is output. If there's an extra space or a missing space, or anything else that's not just right, it treats it as wrong. It's not an artificial intelligence, or a real person checking, it's a computer program that looks at strings of output and compares it to what it expects.
