I almost completed all problem sets from CS50, but I am not registered on cs50.harvard.edu/certificate . So, my question is: I would get a CS50 certificate or not?

Registration for the certificate you cite closed 30-September-2015. If you finish 9 psets and final project by 31-December-2015 you could get an Honor Certificate (free) or a Verified Certificate ($$). You will find more info here.
