I have recently completed Mario, however, I am unsure how to phrase the user input for "Height: ". Are we to assume that the user knows what they are to put in, in which case "Height: " is appropriate or should I use something similar to "How high do you want Mario's pyramid to be? ". I used 'Height:' simply because that was used in the example.

Great question. It is so important to contemplate who your users are and how to "communicate" with them when you are writing software. If you were developing an app for a wide audience, your more explicit question "How high do you want Mario's pyramid to be? " would be appropriate, even necessary. In the context of CS50, think of the auto-grader (aka check50) as your audience. This pset gives you latitude viz. user interface. That is not the case in all the psets.
