The FAQ didn't cover this issue so I thought I would bring it up so hopefully someone here has encountered/solved this issue.

It seems you just need to wait a while before they give you access (as part of the "expired trial"). Im not sure exactly how long, but I alt tabbed back to it after about 30 mins and it was good to go
