I don't which year of CS50 did you do, but I think these instructions from 2015 for edx students might work for you:

Go to

if you have a Mac (OS X is 10.8.x ("Mountain Lion") or later)

https://manual.cs50.net/appliance/2014/fusion/

if you have a Windows or Linux (PC running a 64-bit edition of Windows or Linux)

https://manual.cs50.net/appliance/2014/workstation/

for any other case check this link

https://manual.cs50.net/appliance/2014/virtualbox/

I am not familiar with the third link, but if you clicked on either the first or second link you will arrive to an Installation page. On Step 1 on the second bullet paragraph there is a link called:

VMware Software Center for CS50x

I make emphasis on the "x" of CS50

If you click on that link it will take you to the website where you can add the product to your cart. When you proceed to checkout make sure the price is $0.00.

If you have already downloaded it and it has not been more than 365 days it will show you the Product/License Key assigned to you. It will also let you download it again.

After you have VMware you will need the appliance that you can find here:

http://mirror.cs50.net/appliance50/2014/releases/29/appliance50-2014-vmware.ova (torrent).
