What if the user inputs both upper and lower case in the command line .should I convert them to upper case and print in upper case ? In the Caesar pset 2

This line in the specification "Your program must preserve case: capitalized letters, though rotated, must remain capitalized letters; lowercase letters, though rotated, must remain lowercase letters." means that each letter in the result should have the same case as the corresponding letter in the input. The example might look like:

$ ./caesar 13
plaintext: HeLLo
ciphertext: UrYYb
