Silly question i know, but i'm trying to understand the basics of HTML reference words so that I know what people are talking about. Please help!

1) My question is, what is a node and what is an Element in HTML? For example: is "<title> foo </title>"a node or an element?

2) or is "foo" in between the tag the "element"?

Basically, everything is a Node. And <title> foo </title> is an element.
