PSET4 Recover - Problem with my code

Question

I'm Samuel and currently working on problem set 4 of CS50x recover. I have given it my best shot but came across an error:

error: using the result of an assignment as a condition without parentheses [-Werror,-Wparentheses]

if (argc =! 2)

I'm not sure how to solve it, could you please help me and tell me what is wrong with my code?

It's a syntax error. The "not equal" operator is !=, not =!.
