It's simple. Since the program didn't compile, none of the tests that follow can be done. Were you able to compile the vigenere program locally? Maybe you made a change to vigenere.c that introduced a problem but forgot to compile it locally? Did you make vigenere or did you enter your own compile commands? Was the IDE up to date before compiling vigenere? Current version is 131, not 130, but I'd be surprised if that was the problem.
