How do I move from the ~/workspace $ directory to the ide50 directory. What is the command to be used. Doug Lloyd's command prompt is dlloyd1@ide: and no front slash or $ sign whereas mine is ~/workspace/ $; I tried ~/workspace/ $ cs50/pset3/music bash: cs50/pset3/music: No such file or directory

    `cd /home/cs50`

It's higher up the tree. You can also execute cd .. repeatedly until you get to the actual root directory. Along the way, ls will show you what's in the current directory (in case you didn't know.)
