I've started CS50 because I want to become a game developer, so for my final project I wanted to make a simple game. My idea is to do it using Unreal Engine4 or Unity3D, but I don't know if it's allowed to do it. Can someone help me? is it possible to submit the game in these plataforms as a final project?

Yes, that's fine. You aren't required to submit your code if it's not developed in the IDE. Instead, you only need to submit a readme type file (and a video).
