I mean a Space in CS50x Apps, which is used to write, run, and share code, all in the same place.

I don't think you can delete a space. Total guess, but since it's a space for code collaboration, I think it would not be able to be deleted as a check for academic integrity. If two or more students collaborate on homework and share code, that could be a violation, which would be preserved in the spaces.
