I finished cs50, and have gotten 100% on all psets. I can see the green banner on cs50.me. However, on my edx dashboard it says that I am verified(the green verified with the check mark appears below the cs50 icon on my dashboard) but doesn't show me my ceritficate, or indicate in any way that I have finished the course. Why is this?

Certificates are issued once a month, usually at the beginning of the month. Looks like you missed the cycle by a few days. If you don't get it by the end of the first week of next month, contact staff.
