I can't seem to get a certificate after I finally finished my CS50 journey. It is not showing up on my Cs50.me dashboard and can't seem to get a reply from emails to certificates@cs50.harvard.edu. Can someone help me out?

Cheers!

  • What do you mean by transferred scores? And that they can't get a verified certificates? – sk.76 Sep 1 '18 at 12:48
  • Yea I got scores transferred from a previous year and now that I've completed it, can't seem to get the "congratulations" banner. I paid for it via Edx and they can't seem to help either. – nvs0000 Sep 1 '18 at 13:11
  • Even this is my second year in cs50 as I'm pending with my final project. And I actually asked a cs50 staff on reddit last year that will I be able to get a certificate if I get my scored transferred next year, the reply was yes. This is a self paced course so, transfer scores is definitely not a matter.By the way who are you contacting for the certificate? You can reach out to someone in the edx contact page or may be contact directly to the cs50 staff team through their email. – sk.76 Sep 1 '18 at 14:54
  • How long it's been that u paid via edx for the certificate? Verified certificates are issued once per month (in the first week of the month, for anyone who qualified and/or verified in the previous month). – sk.76 Sep 1 '18 at 14:57
  • I've got some references of the cs50x team via email and I can share those with u personally. By the way join discord community of cs50x, that app has one cs50x staff curioskiwi who is very prominent in giving answers so, may be she can help u. – sk.76 Sep 1 '18 at 14:59
