I would like to ask if someone could tell me what I need to do in order to complete CS50 and acquire the certificate. I started the course in 2017, and finished the final assignment some months ago. I believe to have completed all necessary psets to complete the course, but as I haven't receive the certificate from edx to this day, I believe that I am missing something. As CS50 2018 took into account the completed assignments from the course of 2017, I am unable to know what I still have to do. Would you be so kind as to tell me what pset I am missing to finish the course?

It appears that back in 2017, you didn't have a passing grade on pset3 (find/fifteen) so that grade didn't carry forward. You'll need to complete pset3 now

  • After visiting my workspace to see what went wrong with my submission of the pset3 (2017), I found that both "find" and "fifteen" were 100% completed (check 50 returned everything in green). I feel a little bit reluctant to redo a whole pset knowing that my codes were perfectly fine... Is there someone, perhaps a CS50's staff, that I can contact to ask if I could be exempted to redo the new pset3?

  • @ChrisDuvivier Hi! We found your old pset3 submission so you should now be all set. Do you see the green banner atop your gradebook now? The next round of certificates will be issued early January.
