I am curious to start the course in 2015, and I was curious - as perhaps others are - whether the lectures will still be the same, or whether there will be new videos.

The 2015 Edx offerings of the course started on January 1, 2015. The Harvard University offerings, including the CS50 Certificate and Course Credit options, start on 26 January, 2015. The option comparison chart lists all this information, and more, including end dates.
The lecture videos will be different. This is stated on the page listing the differences between the 2014 and 2015 versions of the course.
New and improved lectures! Hopefully.
- Now available in 4K (via a link below each embedded video).
- Shot in anamorphic 2.39:1 widescreen.
- More on-stage demos!
I can also confirm this first-hand now that I've watched the first lecture from the 2015 offering of the course. It's different from the first lecture of 2014.
Check out What's new? for all the details on what's different for 2015.
- New and improved lectures! Hopefully.
- New CS50 Appliance, based on Ubuntu!
- Updated problem sets!

1Welcome @gBRETTmiller to the site! Please bear in mind that "link-only onswers" are generally frowned upon by the community, as stated in the Help Center: "Always quote the most relevant part of an important link, in case the target site is unreachable or goes permanently offline." I'd be great if you could edit your answer quoting what you think is the most important info in your provided link. Thanks for the answer, and welcome on board!– abelinuxCommented Jan 2, 2015 at 14:30
The edx version of the course will start next January 2015.
The lectures will be similar, but during the semester at Harvard, Pset3 has been deleted, and Pset6 will deal with building and configuring a webserver.
