I have tried many times , the debugger can only check the first if statement and it can be step over in the first if statement. But When it finished the if statement, just jump to the end of code, then exit. If I begin with other line of code, debugger does'n work at all. Searched lots of questions here and there are not similar examples.

  • Are you sure that you're running the debugger correctly? When you start the program, it will run the prog to the first break point and pause. There are then several controls - resume(run to the next breakpoint or the end of the program), step over (run to the first statement past a function, loop or an if code block, etc.) , step into (execute one line at a time, no matter what) , and step out (run to the first line after the current code block.) It sounds like you're hitting the resume button when you really want the step into button. Is this the case?

  • The problems is that if I begin with other loop, it open the debugger table and then close it. It only works if I set the first loop. I have tried all the controls. It works the same, finish first loop and jump to the end, exit.
