Why is /sheet is absolutely blank?

Question

Nothing is appearing on /sheet, not even the header. However, the .csv file is generating as intended. Can you help figure out what is wrong with my process?

I have a feeling that it has to do with how I'm using the list 'holidayTravel' but I'm spinning my wheels trying to figure out what I should be doing differently.
