I have installed the Linux subsystem, but I do not understand how to initialize it and also how to install the tools for the course on it. I am also thus unable to use the check50/submit50 command
In the course IDE there are several useful tools pre-installed for students, as you probably already know, therefore it is more than recommended to use CS50 IDE, but if you still want to use your Linux subsystem, I think it is possible to install these tools. I hope you can handle Linux well, here is a link where you can find more information:

I did try using the commands check50/submit50 without the Linux subsystem. It gives an error of invalid slug every time. I don't understand what i am doing wrong. That's why I had to go to the Linux subsystem. – Manjaree Agarwal Jun 29 '20 at 8:17
Please tell me more about the problem. I can't understand.
You have to use the CS50 IDE on supported browsers to submit PSETs.

~/ $ check50 cs50/problems/2020/x/~/pset2/readability/readability.c Connecting...... Invalid slug: cs50/problems/2020/x/~/pset2/readability/readability.c. Did you mean something else? ~/ $ check50 cs50/problems/2020/x/readability Connecting..... You seem to be missing these required files: readability.c You are currently in: ~, did you perhaps intend another directory? ~/ $ check50 cs50/problems/2020/x/~/pset2/readability/readability.c Connecting...... Invalid slug: cs50/problems/2020/x/~/pset2/readability/readability.c. Did you mean something else? These are errors I get. – Manjaree Agarwal Jun 29 '20 at 14:18

You don't need to put
/readability.c
just typepset2/readability/
and check if this works – Shahroz Ali Jul 1 '20 at 7:11 -
