obtained 2 data frames but I really don't know how can I compare them.

Do you have any ideas?

~/pset6/dna/ $ python dna.py databases/small.csv sequences/1.txt
  name AGATC AATG TATC
0 0 4 1 5
      name AGATC AATG TATC
0 Alice 2 8 3
1 Bob 4 1 5
2 Charlie 3 2 5

thanks in advance.

  • dataframes makes me think of pandas. This course does not include study of pandas, so this forum may not be the best place to post this question. Maybe start the research with isin method – DinoCoderSaurus Jul 2 at 11:10
  • thanks for your answer, I obtained 2 arrays like: array1: [['name', 'AGATC', 'AATG', 'TATC'], ['0', '4', '1', '5']] array2: [['name', 'AGATC', 'AATG', 'TATC'], ['Alice', '2', '8', '3'], ['Bob', '4', '1', '5'], ['Charlie', '3', '2', '5']] How can I compare them? – William Otero Jul 2 at 14:27
