when i run it then it prints everything out but it also prints out zero, when i put return 0; then it still displays zero. What could I be doing wrong?

  • We'd have to see the actual code to see what else is being printed. If a 0 is being printed, there's a printf statement somewhere that's doing it, either because the 0 is being printed as literal text, or a variable that contains 0 is being printed. .A return statement has nothing to do with printing that 0. – Cliff B Aug 10 '20 at 8:23
