Pset 2 ceaser problem

It’s compiling, but it is not checking if the words are digits or alphabets. Neither is it printing. I included all the header files. What is going on?

Which number is both less than 0 and greater than 9? No number would ever produce "true".

To test a value between 0 and 9, the conditional is:

if num >= 0 && num <= 9
