I am doing the psets outside of the appliance, so I don't have access to the dictionary files and texts file for PSET "misspelling". Are these files distributed on their own somewhere?

Download the RPM from here: cs50-2013-fall-6-3.i386.rpm

All the dictionaries and staff implementations are in it.

  • No. In Linux: ark, which is part of KDE can open rpm files; mc (midnight commander) also can, when rpm program is installed; or if you are running rpm based distro (eg, Fedora or Red Hat) you can just just run rpm -ihv <pkg.rpm> to install it. On windows, I would try 7-zip. Sorry, it's been a while since I've used windows.
