The individual conditions are satisfied as checked by print statement, but when I consolidate all conditions in my if statement, the does'nt seem to print the name. Any ideas?, is there something wrong with my if statement?enter image description here

One possible explanation: the database values are strings, not integers. From the csv.reader doc

Each row read from the csv file is returned as a list of strings. No automatic data type conversion is performed unless the QUOTE_NONNUMERIC format option is specified (in which case unquoted fields are transformed into floats).
