In Lab 2, Scrabble. I have created a new array for alphabets from a to z. Through this array, the function identify the score for each letter regardless to ASCII value which has been mentioned in how to solve section. Does solving the lab Or the problem sets in a different way other than instructed violate any of the course policies?

No, it doesn't violate any policies. Your code is original, which is the basic tenet of the honor code. It might not score 100% if the program spec requires something in particular, but that will be instantly apparent.

The only other issue is that you might not be learning a particular technique that's being taught. But that's your option.
