So I made my Vigenere program and it passes all the tests except for the last one about not accepting keys with non-alphas. Now, I have a check in my program to stop this, but it states : expected output, not a prompt for input not sure what to do...?

  • As it is stated in the error message, the check50 expects an output but gets a request for input. So, check your code.

That depends on your code, but it's easy, when you're checking each character of your code, you must check also if the character is NOT(!) alphabetical, in which case, you must return an error message and close the program.

  • well as i said, expected output which means if it's not all alpha it returns 1... how it does that,im not yet sure...because i didn't said if not alpha reject or return 1... :D i just said if argc != 2 then print 1 and return 1 :D
