So I am trying to start Pset7 (School finally ended and I now have time :D), but I have reached a little hitch. Whenever I try to use phpMyAdmin I get this error:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /phpMyAdmin on this server

I'm not really how to fix it, because in my experience, I should get a popup asking for a username and password, but I don't get that. Thanks in advance.
