I've got an error when querying to table, after handling the absence/presence of accuracy, it wrote 21817 lines, but then got an error. COUNTRY_CODE must no be null. Inspecting the database, i figured out that it was jumping lines from the source.

Just found it, i was testing with one line before using while, then when i used while(($line = fgetcsv($fileopn, 0,"\t")) !== false), i forgot to erase the line that used fgetcsv for the test, and that's why it jumped one line always.
