pset 4 resize Image correct but size is off

Question

Hello I am working on pset4 the resize part. My images look correct but they are a few bytes larger than the staffs is. I use peek to check the headers and they match the staffs exactly. The larger the factor the more bytes off mine are from the staffs.I can find no correlation in the amount of bytes it is off by. This occurs wither the image has padding or not. Here is my code thanks for amy help.

I figured it out I used the new bi.biWidth when I should have used the oldWidth in the fourth for loop.
