Getting Started requires me to ensure the permissions are correct. I forgot the code for doing that.

---- ---- ----

Ensure that permissions are as follows:

700

bin

bin/import

includes

vendor

711

public

public/css

public/fonts

public/img

public/js

600

includes/*.php

public/*.php

644

public/css/*

public/fonts/*

public/img/*

public/index.html

public/js/*

Assuming you're on the latest version of the IDE (run update50 to make sure), no need to set any permissions anymore. Perhaps just ensure that the files under bin are executable.

If we're considering good practices, your files should have as minimum permissions as possible. The permissions you listed are probably the recommended ones for the corresponding file types.

If interested though, in general, you can chmod a file or (a directory) using

chmod MODE FILE

See man chmod for more information!

Copy paste this in the terminal

cd ~/workspace/pset8
find . -type d | xargs chmod 711
find . -name *.php | xargs chmod 640
chmod 640 config.json
find . -name *.js | xargs chmod 644
chmod 644 public/index.html
chmod 644 public/css/*
chmod 644 public/img/*
chmod 644 public/fonts/*
chmod -R 700 bin/

And you'll be good to go.
