I finally passed resize and now I'm on this pset. This time I'm trying to really focus on doing a good pseudocode since I feel a bit unsure about who to tackle the problem. In particular, I'm not sure whether we need a while loop or not

I don't think you need to find a new header twice in your loop.. just once will suffice. Figure out some Booleans you can use to direct the conditionals within your loop. Also be wary of fread, since it autoincrements the pointer whenever it is used (even if inside a while statement) - it's there twice in your code. But roughly speaking it's okay. The only way to find out is to turn your pseudocode into real code :)
