Can some one please explain why am I getting this error?

  • First idea would be "forgot to save". Also pretty confusing that you have two files of that name, better have only one and cd to the directory it's in.

Try running the make command with -v at end and post the result, it is not clear what is causing the issue without getting more info, running the make command with -v would give a verbose output which would be helpful in this case.
