Undeclared Identifier error in array

Question

In the code below (photo), I am trying to index into the two different arrays, one with capital letters and one with lowercase letters. When I make this program, I keep getting the following error about the arrays: Use of undeclared identifier 'A'. I thought that by declaring the arrays as type char, each element in those arrays would be recognized as a char... Any thoughts on how to fix this? Thanks

Each char must be enclosed in single quotes ('A'), otherwise compiler thinks it is a variable (aka "identifier").
