When I go to make my solution to Tideman.c for testing/debugging, I see no bugs are thrown when I go to compile the file. However, the terminal prints "y" forever once I have stated "yes" in response to "Make Tideman.c?". Any ideas what's going on + how to run file for testing?

Thanks for your help :)

for starters, it's "make tideman", without the ".c"

To solve this problem, I entered the following into the terminal:

curl -s https://packagecloud.io/install/repositories/cs50/repo/script.deb.sh | sudo bash sudo apt install libcs50

Then navigated to Tideman.c folder where tideman.c was stored.

Then compiled by doing the following:

clang tideman.c -lcs50

Not sure about how -lcs50 works.
