I am not understanding why I am receiving the error messages undeclared identifiers for initializing unsigned char[512] data or FILE* img? I tried using a uint8_t [512] as well, but received the same error messages. Can someone explain the fault in my program?recover.cError messages

I think it because of how you declare an array, it should be like this: 

type name[size]
