In pset3 (which documentation can be found here: http://cdn.cs50.net/2015/x/psets/3/pset3/pset3.html) you have to do two things.
First implement a sort/search algorithm that will find (or not) a value (needle) in an array of values (haystack).
Then you will have to implement a game called breakout, which is a ball, that bounces off a paddle and hits bricks.
Everything is described in the documentation. What bothers you exactly?
