I'm wondering if there any method available to 'pack' or 'construct' Breakout game to an .exe
or any installation file
. A method that will include all of the header files and libraries. I want to show it to my friends!

Not by using the appliance unfortunately. When you compile the program in the appliance it creates an executable for Linux only. To get this running on Windows you will need to compile the program on Windows.
Exactly how you do this depends on how you set up the environment. At the very least you will need:
- C compiler (e.g. MingW, CygWin, Microsoft Visual Studio)
- Java Runtime (required for Stanford Portable Library)
- CS50 library
Another caveat is that the version of SPL provided may not work on windows. I ran into the same problem running this on Mac, and it seemed undoable at first, but fortunately Rob Bowden provided a recompiled binary for OS X. I am not sure if this will also work on Windows.
