In the pset6 specification, just after the last inline youtube video and the info about Valgrind, there is a link to cs50.net/discuss. When I click it, it redirects to the HUID/XID login screen. Clearly, that's not accessible to most edX students, so why is the link provided in the pset6 specification? Is this a mistake left over from the College version of the pset?

Yes, it is a mistake to include it in the edX version of the pset. cs50.net/discuss is only accessible to Harvard students.
