There may be, but it would be extremely complicated and you simply don't want to. It would require dynamically creating a table with every user. Imagine the nightmare with thousands or millions of users!
Getting the transactions of a specific user should be easy. If you need the transactions for a particular user for a particular stock, it's straightforward. SELECT <the fields you want> WHERE userid = <user> AND symbol = <target stock>
The use of join isn't needed here.
Just be sure that the history table has all the needed fields.
