CS50 - pset3 - Runoff | Check50 failing print_winner on majority but works correctly for any manual test I can think of
If the second, or any odd-indexed candidate, is the winner print_winner will not detect that. Why?

Have you compiled the program locally? The compiler should complain about this strlen(champions) because champions is declared an int array here int champions[pair_count]
