After running https://ide50-username.cs50.io/phpmyadmin, where username is my own username (or click CS50 IDE > phpMyAdmin), to access phpMyAdmin ............per the problem set instructions it should ask for username and password for logging into the phpMyAdmin........In my case the site didn't ask for the credentials, instead phpMyAdmin page is opened directly without the need to enter the credentials. When I click on anything on phpMyAdmin page I was getting token mismatch error.

Kindly help me in resolving this error as I can't move forward.

  • Thanks for accepting my answer! Did you get phpMyAdmin working by force-reloading or clearing cookies, or did you just use mysql50 shell instead? Commented Sep 19, 2016 at 13:16

The Error: Token mismatch has to do with your session authentication.

Simply force-reloading the page with Ctrl+F5 might help.

If that does not help, you could try clearing your cookies from cs50.io domains.

Meanwhile, you can move forward without using phpMyAdmin!
