how come US.txt cannot be found as the file is in pset8

File /home/ubuntu/workspace/pset8/bin/path/to/US.txt cannot be found!

Any help will be well appreciated.

Because /home/ubuntu/workspace/pset8/bin/path/to/US.txt doesn't exist! Where did you download US.txt to? That is where your import program should look for it. From the instructions:

where /path/to/US.txt is indeed the (relative or absolute) path to that file

"/path/to" is simply a place holder for the actual path to your US.txt file.
